Answers to common questions. For a walk-through of every feature, read the user manual. Still stuck? Email [email protected] and a human will get back to you.

The extension found no emails on a page

Email Extractor reads the page as your browser has it. Addresses that are drawn as an image, hidden behind a contact form, or only loaded after you scroll aren’t there to find yet. Scroll to the bottom of the page so everything loads, then click the icon again. If the page shows no address as text, there is nothing to extract.

How do I turn AutoSave on?

Open the extension popup and flip the AutoSave switch. From then on, every address you come across while browsing is saved to the cloud with the page it came from and the date you found it. AutoSave is a premium feature, so the switch asks you to upgrade if your install isn’t premium yet.

My automation stopped part-way through a list

Some sites rate-limit or block rapid automated visits, which ends a run early. Try a smaller batch, re-queue only the URLs that didn’t finish, and leave a moment between runs on the same domain. Automation is deliberately not aggressive: it opens each URL like a normal visit.

I subscribed but a new install isn’t premium

Premium follows your access token, not the browser. Open the extension’s settings and paste your token into “Update my token”. Lost it? On the subscription page click “Have you already a subscription?” and enter the email you subscribed with, and we’ll send the token again.

Where are my saved addresses?

Everything AutoSave has collected is listed in your Mailsumo dashboard, with the source URL and date on every row. You can search and filter there, and export the whole list to CSV or Excel whenever you like.

How do I cancel Premium?

Open your dashboard → Billing → Manage subscription. You’ll land in the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. Your saved addresses stay put; new captures and exports pause until you resubscribe.
